Don is a senior Agile Coach consulting to large organizations in the UK. He supports leaders in their adoption of new, Agile ways of working to increase the value, quality, and frequency of product delivery. To achieve this, he specializes in coaching and mentoring new leaders and leading software development teams to achieve high-performance.Teaching, learning, and exploring new ways of working has been a constant theme in his history and continues to be at the heart of the service he provides.
