He has experience working in law firms, and Companies in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, where he gained in-depth knowledge, led teams and consulted in Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Commercial and Corporate Practices/Corporate governance, Contracting, Regulatory Compliance & ISO Internal Audits, Due diligence and Foreign Investments Regulations. He obtained law degrees from schools in Nigeria and England and was awarded several certificates from Ivy leagues schools in the United States (Yale University- Contract Law, University of Pennsylvania-Compliance Programs) and top-ranked schools in the United Kingdom (University College London- GDPR, King’s College London- The Modern Judiciary, Coventry University- Business Strategy), etc. He is a member of several organizations such as The British Nigerian Law Forum, International Association of Marine and Shipping Professionals, International Compliance Association and the Nigerian Bar Association.
